Healthy performer menu: continued.
Tuesday 14th
Breakfast: Porridge
Lunch: Coronation chicken sandwich, blueberry Special K slices, bottle of water
Lunch + : slice of toast with marmite and banana
Dinner: McDonalds Chicken Legend meal and a Diet Coke. (I had to take my grandparent to the airport)

Wednesday 15th
Breakfast: Porridge
Lunch: 2 Coronation Chicken Sandwiches, coco pops bar, apple, plain crisps, bottle of water, 3 Jaffa cakes.
Dinner: Fish and Potato Pie and a cup of water. Cup of milk

Thursday 16th
Breakfast: Shreddies and sugar
Lunch: Coronation chicken sandwich, half a crumpet and a bottle of water and 2 small pancakes
Dinner: Spag Bol with brown pasta.

Note: all sandwiches I have are made with Wholemeal bread.

Friday 17th
Breakfast: bowl of porridge and a crumpet
Lunch: tuna salad and some chocolate bottle of water
Dinner: sandwich and banana
(Friends 18th, consumed large amount of alcohol) 

Saturday 18th
Breakfast: bottle of water
Lunch: a few chips
Dinner: peas, mash and Brussels with gravy a tiny bit of pie with 3 cups of water
